How the fare is calculated
- Trip fare = base fare (covers the first base distance) + per-km rate for the rest of the distance + per-minute rate for the trip time. It is never less than the minimum fare.
- Waiting: after the free waiting minutes at pickup, waiting is charged per minute.
- Night surcharge: rides between the night hours shown above cost the stated percentage more.
- Peak hours: at busy times a surge multiplier may apply. The app shows it clearly before you book.
- Final fare is based on the actual distance and time of the trip, so it can differ from the estimate if the route or traffic changes.
- GST is added as applicable and shown on your receipt. Promo code discounts are applied before tax.
